01 / Find your fit

What makes this noodle worth a look?

Product facts first. Then choose the texture, flavour and meal that suit you.

01 / Busy-day convenience

No pot needed

The product directions say to open the pack, drain the water and eat, without boiling or rinsing. Useful when you want a simple noodle base for lunch.

02 / Fibre-aware meals

See the amount, not just a claim

The label lists 4g dietary fibre per noodle pack. Use that number when comparing noodle options; it is not a promise to treat digestive symptoms.

03 / A wheat-flour alternative

Certified noodles, separate sauce checks

The product page shows gluten-free certification for MyNormal tofu noodles. This applies to the noodles, not automatically to every sauce, topping or complete meal.

02 / Know your noodle

The details behind the keywords.

Nutrition is for one 180g noodle pack, excluding the filling water. Sauce, toppings and the other packs in a multipack are not included.

A number for the noodle base is not a number for the whole bowl. Sauces and toppings add their own energy, nutrients and allergens.

Before you choose

Good questions. Clear answers.

Does “100% domestic soybeans” mean the noodle is 100% soy?

No. The claim concerns the Korean origin of the soybeans used, not a noodle made entirely from soybeans. The pack describes a soy-milk-based recipe with other ingredients.

Does the gluten-free certification cover the sauce?

Not automatically. The shown Global Certification Corporation certificate includes MyNormal Tofu Noodle and is valid from 1 December 2025 to 30 November 2028. Check the exact sauce label separately; certification is not a guarantee of individual medical suitability.

Is 40 kcal the amount for the whole 5-pack set?

No. It is for one 180g noodle pack, excluding filling water, sauce and toppings. The 5-pack is a shopping quantity, not one labelled serving.

Is it carbohydrate-free or high protein?

No. The label lists 5g carbohydrate and 3g protein per noodle pack. A 0g sugar declaration does not mean zero carbohydrate.

What should I check about the sauce and allergens?

Read the labels for both the noodles and the selected sauce. Recipes differ: a claim on one noodle or sauce does not automatically apply to the whole set. Some sauce options contain wheat, soy or sesame. If you need to avoid an ingredient, confirm the exact current pack before ordering.

Can I compare this with the other noodle types?

Yes. Explore the guides below, but compare the stated serving size and whether sauce is included. Different brands and recipes should not share the same nutrition assumptions.
