Korean soybeans meet roasted Korean buckwheat in a soft, delicate noodle. This is a tofu-based recipe with buckwheat, not pure buckwheat soba.
The soybeans used are Korean-grown. The noodles also contain other ingredients; they are not 100% soybean.

Open carefully and pour away the packing liquid. It protects the noodles in the pouch; it is not a soup base. Follow the directions on your current pack.

Soy milk [Korean soybeans], roasted buckwheat flour [Korean buckwheat], tapioca starch (Thailand), agar, sodium alginate, calcium chloride (coagulant).
Allergen information
Contains soy and buckwheat. Made in a facility that also handles eggs (chicken and quail), milk, beef, squid, shellfish (oyster, abalone and mussel) and pine nuts.
Check the selected sauce separately. A noodle recipe without wheat flour does not mean every sauce or finished meal is wheat-free. For allergies, use the current pack label or contact JoyK before ordering.

Storage & after opening
Store unopened in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze: freezing can change the noodle texture. Consume as soon as possible after opening.
Use the best-before date printed on your pack. Drain the packing liquid before serving and take care when opening the pouch.
How are pack sizes and prices calculated?
One MyNormal retail pack contains five small noodle portions. Each portion costs S$6.20, so the noodle-only pack is S$31.00. Five sauce sachets are packed separately when selected, at S$0.70 each (S$3.50 per pack).
With sauce: 1 pack S$34.50, 2 packs S$69.00, 3 packs S$103.50. With no sauce: 1 pack S$31.00, 2 packs S$62.00, 3 packs S$93.00. These contain 5, 10 and 15 small noodle portions respectively. No additional quantity discount applies. Delivery is separate.
